The Uttlesford Dragons Apprentice Challenge is an innovative annual business challenge for students. Teams, typically between 16 and 17 years old, are given £100 seed capital, matched with a local business professional (their ‘Dragon’) and paired with a local charity partner. Uttlesford Foodbank and Dunmow Rotary Club ran a special reverse advent calendar where families/companies collect in any unwanted non-perishable food/drink items.
