We are delighted to have secured work with Coinford Ltd on their upcoming Loxford Lane project working with Lovell Partnerships Ltd. Flexi Group will be supplying our innovative Flexi Stair system across all 4 blocks ranging from 4-6 storey’s servicing 159 homes in the East London area.
This exciting project marks another milestone for Flexi Group UK as we continue to grow and innovate in the industry.
As part of the project, we have secured four cores of our Flexi Stair System. Flexi Stair is a bespoke modular stair formwork system manufactured from lightweight steel galvanised sheeting. The Flexi Stair system has been a chosen favourite from builders, architects & structural engineers all over the UK.
The Flexi Stair system is 5 times lighter than pre-cast & no hot works required on site meaning there is no need to close the core.
